This form is ONLY for musicians/vocalists that are playing in small bands i.e. less than 8 members. (Players in Big Bands should use the Big Band - Musician Registration menu option.)

Festival Registration Steps
Every musician and/or vocalist must complete and submit the form below so we have a record of your intention to play. Your name will also be recorded in our online digital program along with your band(s) details.  

• By submitting this registration, you acknowledge that you may be included in photographs, videos and/or sound recordings during your performances at the Festival, and provide consent to the festival organisers that they are able to use any such media without compensation, for festival marketing and/or promotional purposes.
• When completing the form, no need to type the band names, simply click the + Add button and select from the drop down list - do this for every band that you are playing in.
• Musicians can only play in 3 bands.
• This year, our new treasurer MUST redo artist bank details. The Bank Details fields are mandatory, without these we will not be able to reimburse you!
• We must have either a phone number or email address in case we need to contact you before the event.

When you arrive at the festival (after 2:00pm on the Friday start), please go to the Ticket Desk in the Community Hub to register and collect your festival badge and program. If you are bringing a friend or partner - you will be able to purchase ONE discounted festival pass at the ticket desk when you arrive - Partner Full Festival Pass - $45.
NB: The ticket desk does not accept cash - payment by debit/credit card or tap & go via phone or smart watch ONLY.
