The Inverloch Jazz Festival started in 1994. Inverloch Jazz Festival Inc is a non-profit organization run solely by volunteers. Over the years the festival has helped to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for community associations including the Lions, Rotary, Inverloch Surf Life Saving Club and the Inverloch Men's Shed. This is an outstanding festival full of great jazz, for a great cause, in a great place.

Inverloch itself is a country town just two hours from Melbourne. It is at the broad sandy mouth of the Tarwin River, beside wild ocean beaches and marine reserves, on the way to amazing Wilsons Prom. The area is famous for its local wine and produce, and is home to a growing community of musicians, artists and writers.
