Band Registrations for the 2019 Jazz Festival - Band Registrations Closed
To celebrate our 26th anniversary -
Registrations must be submitted by 30th September 2018, and we will notify the leaders of the selected bands by mid-October.
Bands selected will be contacted directly. Previous year submissions are not held - you must re-submit materials to be considered.
Before you submit band applications, please discuss with your personnel to check how many bands they are nominating for, and please double check their availability over the weekend.
We allocate two sessions per band, but must limit the number of bands for each musician to a maximum of three, so as many as possible get a chance to play. All spots are for 1 hour, including setup and exit, so you must finish at 10 minutes to the hour to let the next band start on time.
Please note: This festival is to raise money for local community projects. Payments to musicians are thus restricted to $120 and we do not pay for air fares or accommodation.
